Information we collect

When you contact us or request a trial class, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, and information you choose to share about a prospective student. Our online trial waiver also requests participant names and dates of birth; parent or guardian information; emergency contacts; safety-relevant medical disclosures; the confirmed trial date; acknowledgments; and an electronic signature. A parent or legal guardian submits information for a minor participant.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, confirm trial class arrangements, prepare for safe participation, communicate with families, respond to emergencies, and maintain appropriate program and waiver records. Completing a trial waiver does not enroll anyone in our ongoing Taekwondo program.

Services and access

This informational website is hosted by WordPress.com. We use Tally to collect and store electronic trial waiver submissions. These providers process information in connection with their services and have their own privacy practices. School personnel who are authorized to manage inquiries, trial classes, and waiver records may access information needed for those purposes. Safety-relevant information may be shared with emergency responders when appropriate.

Student photographs

Photos of students may appear on our website and social media when we have appropriate permission. If you have a question about a photograph or would like us to review a removal request, contact us using the information below.

Record questions and requests

Waiver and related records may be retained for program administration, safety, insurance, and applicable recordkeeping purposes. To ask about access, correction, retention, or deletion of information you submitted, please contact us. We will review requests in light of our recordkeeping obligations.
