In our beginner class, students embark on an exciting journey to master the art of self-defense and discipline. The class begins with essential warm-ups and stretching exercises to improve flexibility and prevent injuries. These exercises are followed by a series of basic fundamentals that lay the foundation for all Taekwondo techniques. Students learn the proper stances, footwork, and hand techniques that are vital for effective self-defense. As the class progresses, the focus shifts to basic kicks, such as the front snap kick, diagnol kick, axe kick and side kick. These kicks are not only integral to Taekwondo but also develop strength and balance. In this holistic learning process, beginners not only enhance their physical fitness but also cultivate self-discipline, respect, and perseverance, essential values of Taekwondo that extend beyond the training mat.
Advanced
In our advanced class, we build upon the strong foundation laid in the beginner classes while introducing more complex and demanding techniques. Like in our beginner classes, we continue to practice and refine basic kicks, ensuring they remain sharp and powerful. However, the distinction lies in the incorporation of advanced kicks, forms, and sparring techniques. In this setting, students delve deeper into the art, honing their precision, speed, and control. The emphasis shifts towards perfecting the execution of intricate patterns and executing high-level kicks such as spinning and jumping kicks. Overall, our advanced classes provide a comprehensive training experience, fostering both physical and mental development, and empowering students to reach their highest potential in this martial art.
